Free AU shipping · International postage at cost

Every order ships from Sydney, Australia. We pack and post orders as quickly as we can, and you get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is posted.

Rates and times

• Australia — free. Australia Post tracked, usually 2–5 business days.
• International — charged at cost. We pass on the Australia Post International Standard price for your country and parcel weight, with no markup. The exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay. As a guide, one set is AUD 29 to New Zealand, AUD 39 to Asia, AUD 44 to North America and AUD 50 to the UK and Europe. Usually 7–14 business days, tracked where the destination network supports it.

Delivery times are the carrier's estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas and customs checks can add time. Any import duty or tax charged by your country is yours to pay; we cannot calculate or collect it in advance.

If your order has not moved after 10 business days, email contact@premierwheelco.com.au with your order reference and we will chase it.
